Tony Hawk’s Pro Skater 5 was released for the PS4 and Xbox One on September 29th, but the launch has been a rocky one to say the least. It came with issues which Activision has acknowledged, a bewilderingly large day one patch(possibly due to a style change during development) that was bigger than the base game and less than stellar review scores.
However, let’s talk about something a little more positive. Activision has announced the game will be receiving some free DLC!
The content will include two new stages and five bonus characters to add to the eight levels and 10 skaters in the main game. It is not yet known when this new content will become available.
Tony Hawk’s Pro Skater 5 is already out for PlayStation 4 and Xbox One, with PlayStation 3 and Xbox 360 versions expected on November 13th.
