The case is made from a hard shell, which has then been wrapped in fabric to give it a funky look. There are quite a few different fabric finishes to choose from.
Overall the Speck Fitted iPad case is a pretty good case, it seems to protect the iPad, and it features a raised bezel so you can place the screen down on a desk and it wont get scratched.
