It looks like Samsung has another version of their Samsung Galaxy S5 smartphone in the works, the Samsung Galaxy S5 4G+, the handset is headed to Singapore on the 23rd of August.
The Samsung Galaxy S5 4G+ comes with a 5.1 inch full HD display with a resolution of 1920 x 1080 pixels, the device will be powered by a quad core 2.5GHz Qualcomm Snapdragon 805 processor and will also come with 2GB of RAM.
Other specifications on the Samsung Galaxy S5 4G+ include a 2.1 megapixel front facing camera and a 16 megapixel rear camera, the device will also come with a 2100 mAh battery and the same IP67 rating as the Galaxy S5. The handset will come with 4G LTE-Advanced and will make use of SingTel’s 300Mbps 4G network.
The Galaxy S5 4G+ will be available with mobile carrier SingTel in Singapore, and the handset will retail for SG$688 without a contract, the device will also be available on contract when it lands on the carrier on the 23rd of August.
Samsung are apparently also going to launch a new version of their Samsung Galaxy Alpha on the carrier in September, the device will be called the Samsung Galaxy Alpha 4G+.
